James R. Fox

  Services for James R. Fox, 42, of Glenmora, were held at 2 p.m.,
Sunday, Aug. 12, in the chapel of Ardoin's, with the Rev. Joe
Roundtree officiating. Burial followed in Roselawn Cemetery.

  He died at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Aug. 10, in a truck-train
accident, one mile south of Iowa.

  He was a native of Many, and a road construction foreman for
McDonald Contractors.

  Survivors include his widow, Bobbye Fox of Glenmora; one son,
Michael Fox of Glenmora; one daughter, Kim Crooks of Glenmora;
one brother, John Fox of Bossier City; one sister, Patricia Fox
of Shreveport; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fox of Many; his
grandmother, Lizzie Lewing of Many, and one grandchild, Keri Kay
Crooks.
