Alice Joyce Fox

  Services for Mrs. Alice Joyce Fox, 70, were held at 2 p.m.,
Wednesday, December 6, at the Rose-Neath Mansfield Chapel.
Officiating was the Rev. J. R. Herron, assisted by the Rev. J. P.
Taylor. Burial followed in the Converse Cemetery.

  Mrs. Fox passed away Monday, December 4, at DeSoto General
Hospital, after a lengthy illness. She was a native, and lifelong
resident of Mitchell, and a homemaker. Mrs. Fox was a member of
the Fellowship Baptist Church in the Oak Grove Community, and a
member of the Eastern Star.

  She is survived by her husband, Henry Fox of Converse; one son,
James Henry Fox of Couerdaline, Idaho; one daughter, Dorothy Hill
of Richardson, Texas; one brother, Joe Lee Taylor of Mansfield;
three granddaughters; two grandsons; three great granddaughters;
and one great grandson.
