Fox, 83, of Many, were held at 10 a.m., in Friendship Baptist Church in Oak Grove. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, with First National Funeral Home of Shreveport in charge. Mr. Fox died in Fraser Hospital in Many, after a brief illness. A native of Noble, Mr. Fox had lived in Many about three years, and was a retired oil field driller. Survivors are his widow, Clara Rivers Fox of Zwolle; two sons, Robert E. Fox of Salt Lake City, Utah, Tommy Larry Fox of San Antonio, Tex.; one daughter, Mrs. Helen Gibbin of Beaumont, Tex.; five brothers, Christopher "Crit" Fox of Converse, Kelly Fox of Houston, Tex., Rudolph Fox of DeQuincy, J. A. Fox of Longview, Tex., The Rev. W. R. Fox of Many; five sisters, Mrs. Blanch Webb of Arrey, N. M., Mrs. Ira Hanner of Shreveport, Mrs. Euna Bowman of Shreveport, Mrs. Lettie Dykes of Minden, Mrs. Jettie Jarboe of Overton, Tex.; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
