Thomas E. Fox

  Thomas Earl Fox, 52, of Converse, died Wednesday, Feb. 28, in a
Pleasant Hill hospital.

  Funeral services were held March 1, at 3 p.m., in the Fellowship
Baptist Church. Burial was in the Sardis Cemetery, under the
direction of Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield.

  Survivors are his widow; one son, T. J. Fox of Mitchell; four
daughters, Mrs. Katie Welborn of Austin, Tex., Mrs. Vernell
Besaber of Pleasant Hill, Mrs. Earline Shardoin of Mansfield, and
Miss Shirley M. Fox of Pitkin; 11 grandchildren; his father, C.
T. Fox of Converse; two brothers, W. C. Fox of Converse, A. L.
Fox of Natchitoches; four sisters, Mrs. H. T. Litton of Buna,
Tex., Mrs. J. D. Colton of DeRidder, Mrs. U. W. Cates of Lake
Charles, Mrs. M. M. Tyler of Groves, Tex.
