  Funeral services for Louis M. Faust, age 73, were held at 2:30
p.m., Tuesday, July 6, 1993, in Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel in
Shreveport. Officiating was Rev. John Hebert, pastor of Trinity
Baptist Church. Burial was in Forest Park West.

  Mr. Faust died Sunday, July 4, 1993, after a sudden illness. He
was a native of Fort Jesup, and a resident of Many. He was a
retired Building Contractor. He was a member of Westview
Christian Church, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

  Mr. Faust is survived by three sons and one daughter, Richard
Louis Faust of Shreveport, Barbara Bevel of Atlanta, Tex.,
Bearnice Emmitt Faust of Orlando, Fla., and Robert David Faust of
Carrolton, Tex.; one brother, Leon Faust of Robeline; nine
grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and
nephews.

  Pallbearers were Donnie Bevel, Chris Bevel, Charles Faust,
Harold Faust, Spencer Faust, and Lee Allred.
