Sidney Elbert Faust

  Funeral services for Sidney Elbert Faust, 77, were held at 3:30
p.m., at Friendship Church of the Nazarene.

  Rev. Dan Mappus, Rev. David Allen, Rev. Vernon Cargill, and Rev.
J. D. Shaw officiated. Interment was held at Friendship Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Faust passed away on Jan. 6, 1995, at Sabine Medical Center.

  Mr. Faust was born on Nov. 20, 1917, to Lola Mitchell, and Asa
Faust in Robeline.

  Survivors include his widow, Minnie J. Faust of Robeline;
children, Shelby Juanita Schweitzer of Leesville, Doyle W. Faust
of Minden, Benny Elbert Faust of Fairview Alpha, La., Sharon Koss
of Many, Diana Dupre of Robeline, Michael Faust of Zwolle, Renee
Faust of Roswell, Ga., and Sidney Derek Faust of Echo, La.; four
sisters, Lucille Brossette of Natchitoches, Nan Quibideaux of
Crowley, Quida Marcelli of Houma, and Betty Rains of Shreveport;
four brothers, Elmer Faust of Natchitoches, Willie Faust of
Crowley, Oscar Faust of Bossier City, and Jerry Faust of Belcher,
La.; seventeen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and a
host of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were grandsons.
