Tom T. Foster

  Tom T. Foster, 77, of Nederland, Tex., died Friday, Jan. 10, at
3 p.m.

  Services were held Sunday, Jan. 12, at 2:30 p.m., in the Pisgah
Baptist Church, with the Rev. Victor Kelly officiating. Interment
was in the Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Alice Foster of Nederland, Tex.;
one daughter, Mrs. Gloria Quinlan of Houston, Tex.; two step
sons, Roy Kelly of Nederland, Tex., and Donald Kelly of
Kirbyville, Tex.; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs.
Blanche Peace of Houston, Tex., Mrs. Velda Davis of Pasadena,
Tex., and Mrs. Emma Watts of Channelview, Tex.
