Graveside services were held at 10 a.m., March 5, at the Oakwood Cemetery, directed by Kimbrough Funeral Home. Brother Floyd Aldredge officiated. Mrs. Fisher was born on July 20, 1916, in Marthaville, to Perry E. and Clara (Ballard) Ingram. She married Claude Middleton Fisher on August 15, 1941, in Bossier City. He preceded her in death on Jan. 10, 1996. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma-Psi Chapter, and a graduate of NSU of Louisiana. She was a high school math teacher in Pleasant Hill, at the time of her retirement in 1979. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Eastland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude; and her parents, Perry E. and Clara (Ballard) Ingram. Survivors include a son, Clyde and wife Diane Fisher of Cisco, Texas; granddaughter, Shawn Malone and husband Dr. Michael Malone of Toledo, Ohio, and Karen Wilson and husband Jim of Houston, Texas; and three great grandchildren, Ryan Malone of Toledo, Ohio, and Audrey Wilson and Lindsey Wilson, both of Houston, Texas. Memorials may be made to Cisco EMS, Girling Hospice of Eastland, or Eastland Memorial Hospital. She was a former member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Many.
