Rev. B. L. Dinkins officiated. Interment was in Oak Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Fletcher passed away on April 2, 1995, in IHS of Many. Mr. Fletcher was born on Nov. 10, 1916, at Ft. Jesup, La., to Lucina Cutright and Ed Fletcher. Survivors include his widow, Leola Fletcher of Many; two sons, Noble R. Fletcher of Natchitoches, and Jimmy W. Fletcher of West Monroe; two daughters, Clydia Funderburk of Many, and Barbara Fletcher of Bossier; one sister, Mable Stevenson of Many; eleven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Don Elfer, Kenneth Rivers, Rufus Kelly, Junior Grizzle, Wesley Funderburk, and Lane Funderburk.
