Funeral services were conducted Dec. 9, at Trinity Baptist Church, with the Rev. H. H. Tibbitts, and the Rev. Ray Vandersommen officiating. Burial was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Survivors include her husband, Homer Flenniken of Many; one son, Ricky Flenniken of Many; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Parrish of Augusta, Ga.; two brothers, Earnest Parrish Jr. of Ft. Worth Tex., and Carl Parrish of the U. S. Army in South Carolina; four sisters, Mrs. Norma Jean Hillman of Sargus, Calif., Mrs. Barbara Fant of Sargus, Mrs. Roy Rhodes of Shreveport, and Mrs. Annie Bell Corley of Jackson, Fla. Pallbearers were Wingate Dowden, Huey Dowden, Huey Harper, Bernie Lee Tabor, Leonard Peveto, and Clarence Veuleman.
