Fleming, 69, were held Friday, Nov. 3, 1995, at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel, with the Rev. Kenneth H. Baggs, and the Rev. Huey S. Haymon officiating. Mr. Fleming died Wednesday, Nov. 1, 1995, and was buried at Fleming Cemetery near Marthaville. A native of Marthaville, Mr. Fleming was a former resident of San Antonio, Texas, and had resided in Shreveport since 1981. He was a retiree from Missouri-Kansas and Texas Railroads, a Baptist, a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of the Perfect Union Masonic Lodge #10, and a member of the Shreveport Scottish Rite. Survivors include his wife, Martha Fleming; daughter, Brenda Brown and husband Ronald Brown of Hornbeck; sister, Ezelle Culpepper Harrison of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Tara, and Kevin Brown of Keithville; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Marvin Culpepper, John F. Culpepper, Mark Culpepper, Eugene Arthur, Thomas W. Jones, and Allan Brown.
