Arthur L. Fowler

  Funeral services for Arthur L. fowler, 21, were held in the
Alford Heights Baptist Church, Saturday, Oct. 12.

  A native of Shreveport, Mr. Fowler died in Pickford, Mich.,
Wednesday, Oct. 9, after an unexpected illness.

  A pipe line testing operator for the Williams Pressure Service
Corp. of Bossier City, he was working in Pickford at the time of
his death. He had lived in Bossier City the past two weeks, after
completing three years in military service. He was a member of
the Alford Heights Baptist Church in Many.

  Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Gloria Rice of Bossier City;
his stepfather, J. N. Rice of Bossier City; a brother, Edwin
Fowler with the Marine Corps in North Carolina; two half
brothers, Mike, and Pat Faucett, both of Bossier City; his
maternal grandmother, Mrs. Ruby Alford; and his paternal
grandmother, Mrs. Ruby Fowler, both of Bossier City.

  Interment was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery.
