Mrs. Lucy Flores

  Mrs. Lucy Morvan Flores, 78, died Thursday, Jan. 10, in the
Natchitoches Parish Hospital.

  Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 12, in the St. Ann's
Catholic Church near Spanish Lake, with the Rev. Patrick Scully
officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery, under the
direction of the St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches.

  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Polly Ann Hightower, and
Mrs. Mary Scothorn, both of the Spanish Lake Community; two
brothers, Hosey Morvan of Spanish Lake, and Vick Morvan of Many;
six grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
