Mrs. Funderburk was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. V. Westbrook. She lived practically the 31 years, 2 months and 19 days of her life in Sabine Parish. Mrs. Funderburk was the wife of C. L. Funderburk. She was the mother of three children, two girls and one boy, Ima Lee, 4; Bonnie Jene, 2; Vinon Holace, four months. Death had been expected for several days before it came at 10:15 p.m. Feb. 28. She was quietly taken away into the great beyond. Mrs. Funderburk was laid to rest in the Prospect cemetery. Rev. J. M. Pate conducted the funeral services. She is survived by her husband, C. L. Funderburk; three small children; her parents Mr. and Mrs. M. V. Westbrook; nine brothers and sisters, Joe Westbrook, Hornbeck, S. J. Westbrook, Florien, B. F. Westbrook, Gandy, V. L. Westbrook, Florien, O. R. Westbrook, Alexandria, A. A. Westbrook, Silsbee, Texas, Mrs. Exie Cook, Florien, D. P. Westbrook, McNary, Arizona, Mrs. Evie Funderburk, Alexandria, N. J. Westbrook, Beaumont, Texas.
