John E. Funderburk

  John E. Funderburk, 79, of Fisher, died in Many on Sunday, March
30, at 10:30 a.m., following a short illness.

  Funderburk is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Eula V. Salter of
Fisher; two sisters, Mrs. Jane West, Plainview, and Mrs. Jennie
Dowden, Hornbeck; three grandchildren, and nine great
grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 1, at 11 a.m., at
the Fisher Baptist Church. The Rev. Travis McCullough, and the
Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiated.

  Burial was in the Kisatchie Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Pete Anderson, Artie Blackwell, Jess Booty, C.
B. Funderburk, Amon Dowden, and Dewey Booty.
