Minnie Vera Funderburk

  Funeral services for Minnie Vera Funderburk, 86, were held
Tuesday, Jun 11, 1996, at 2 p.m., at Antioch Baptist Church.
Interment was at Antioch Cemetery, with Rev. Wilton Anthony, and
Rev. Doug Chance officiating.

  She passed away Monday, June 10, in Many.

  Ma Burk was a lifelong resident of the Antioch Baptist Church
Community, with numerous family and friends.

  She is preceded in death by her husband, Luther H. Funderburk; a
daughter, Louise Leach; a son, William Floyd Funderburk; a
grandson, Richie Funderburk; and a great grandson, Jeremy Salter.

  She is survived by her children, Ray Funderburk and wife Norma
of Lufkin, Ralph Funderburk and wife Sharlee, Willis Funderburk
and wife Carolyn, both of Florien, Freddie Funderburk and wife
Dean of Walkerville, Donald Wayne Funderburk and wife Mavis,
Helen Tippy and husband Johnny, both of Florien, Benny Funderburk
and wife Debra of Many, Nancy Miller Skinner and husband Dale,
Robert Funderburk and wife Cindy, both of Many, Kenneth
Funderburk and wife Cindy, Carlyn Masters and husband Kenny, both
of Florien; a nephew, R. T. Miller of Florien; thirty one
grandchildren; and twenty one great grandchildren.

  In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to
the Baptist Children's Home, or to the Gideon Bible Fund.
