Mrs. Louvenia Free

  Funeral services for Mrs. Louvenia Free, 70, of Shreveport,
were conducted at 10 a.m., Tuesday, in Rose-Neath Funeral Home,
by the Rev. Richard White, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church.

  He was assisted by the Rev. Billy Crosby, pastor of Summer
Grove Baptist Church.

  Burial was in the Spring Ridge Cemetery near Pleasant Hill.

  Mrs. Free died at 2:45 p.m., Sunday, in Schumpert Hospital,
after a sudden illness.

  She was born in Pleasant Hill July 6, 1902. She was a
former resident of Mansfield, had lived in Shreveport for
five years, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
