James Stanley Forbis

  Funeral services for Mr. James Stanley Forbis, 44, were held at
2 p.m., Thursday, April 26, at Warren Baptist Church. Interment
followed in Warren Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home. Rev. John Leachman, and Rev. Bud McCullough
officiated.

  Mr. Forbis died Tuesday, April 24, at 5:45 a.m., in L. S. U.
Hospital in Shreveport.

  He is survived by two sisters, Miriam Mitchell, and Patricia
Foshee of Florien; one half sister, Augrey Maddox of Beaumont,
Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Terrell Combs, Terry Foshee, Gary Taylor, James
Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, and Randy Hardy.
