Mrs. Alice Pauline Forbis

  Mrs. Alice Pauline Forbis, 100, died Sunday, Aug. 16, at Willis
Knighton Hospital, Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., at Warren Meadows Funeral
Home Chapel, with interment following at Ft. Jesup Cemetery. The
Rev. Durell Tuberville of Shreveport, and the Fire Department
Chaplain officiated.

  Survivors include one daughter, Geneva Neel and husband Jerrel
of Shreveport; two granddaughters, Penny Gardner and husband
Kevin, and Terri Touchet and husband Jamie, all of Shreveport;
two great grandsons, Colton Gardner, and Trent Touchet, both of
Shreveport; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Mrs.
Forbis was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Forbis.

  Pallbearers were Ralph Matthews, Richard Sharp, Charlie
Matthews, Autry Marr, Kevin Gardner, and Jamie Touchet.
