Radway R. Gibbs Sr.

  Radway R. Gibbs Sr., 72, of Shreveport, died at 2:30 p.m., Monday,
at Schumpert Hospital, following a short illness. Osborn Funeral
Home handled the funeral arrangements.

  Mr. Gibbs, a native of Pleasant Hill, is survived by his widow;
one daughter, Mrs. James I. Wood of Texarkana, Ark.; one son, Radway
R. Gibbs Jr. of Apache Junction, Ariz.; one step-son, Bruce McKay of
Rockville, Md.; and five grandchildren.
