The Sabine Index - Mrs. Nellie Gibbs

  18 Jul 1952 - Funeral rites for Mrs. Nellie Gibbs, 78, who
expired at the home of her daughter at Hornbeck Wednesday of last
week, were conducted at Pleasant View Baptist church at 2 p.m.
Thursday by Rev. W. G. Bailey. Interment was under direction
Warren funeral home.

  Surviving relatives include: husband, R. L. Gibbs, Hornbeck;
sons, Lawrence Gibbs, Hornbeck, Maurice Gibbs, Newton, Texas, Don
Gibbs, Rayville; daughters, Mrs. J. M. Rembert, Pineville, Mrs.
D. F. Powell, Hornbeck, Mrs. L. G. Alford, Many 26 grandchildren
and 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
