The Sabine Index - Clyde Oliver Gibson

  19 Aug 1938 - Last rites for Clyde Oliver Gibson, who passed
away at his home at Ft. Jesup Thursday, August 11, were held at
the Many Methodist church last Friday at 10 o'clock, with the
Rev. J. B. Williasm officiating.  Interment was in the New Hope
cemetery.

  Mr. Gibson had lived in Fort Jesup for a number of years and
had been in failing health for the past year or more.

  Surviving Mr. Gibson are four brothers, A. S. Gibson, of
Mansfield, Willie Gibson of DeRidder, Frank Gibson of Silsbee,
Texas, and Tal C. Gibson of Jonesville.
