Gibson Funeral services for Paul Russell Gibson, 63, of Bossier City, were held at 10 a.m., in the Bossier City Chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home, on Friday, Nov. 21, with the Rev. Joseph Hasieber, pastor of Christ the King Catholic Church, officiating. Burial was in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Zwolle. Mr. Gibson died Wednesday in Veterans Administration Hospital, after a long illness. A native of Everton, Mo., he had lived in Bossier City 15 years, and was a salesman for AMC Motors. He was a Catholic, and a member of the Veterans of Foreigh Wars. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mertie Gibson of Bossier City; a son, Ronald Wynne of Noble; a daughter, Mrs. Linda Champion of Zwolle; and one grandchild. Pallbearers were Carl Austin, Jerry Champion, Steve Ebarb, Thomas Ebarb, Jr., H. J. LeBau, and Steve Knights.
