Kern Geoffroy

  Funeral services for Kern Geoffroy, 50, of Hornbeck, were held
Thursday, Oct. 15, at 3:30 p.m., at Prewitt's Chapel Baptist
Church.

  The Reverend Huey Haymon officiated. Burial was at Prewitt's
Cemetery, under the direction of Vernon Funeral Home in
Leesville.

  Mr. Geoffroy died Tuesday morning at his residence in Hornbeck.

  Mr. Geoffroy is a native of Erath. He was a shrimper.

  Survivors are his wife, Darlene Geoffroy; one son, Paul Chad
Geoffroy, both of Hornbeck; one daughter, Holly Patrice Bellamy
of China Lake; two brothers, Shirley, and Bobby Geoffroy, both of
New Iberia; three sisters, Mary Jane Rodrigue, and Margarette Ann
Breaux, both of New Iberia; and Lucille Dore of Erath. Three
grandchildren, Amanda Ray, Spencer Lee, and Quinton Reed Bellamy.
