Ada Gass

  Mrs. Ada Goodman Gass, 62, died Wednesday, Oct. 12.

  Services were at 4 p.m., Friday, in the Hixson Funeral Home
Chapel, with the Rev. Carl Burris officiating. Burial was in the
Forest Lawn Cemetery.

  Survivors include her husband, John Gass, of Leesville; three
sons, John Gass Jr. of Lake Charles, Charles Gass, and Gary Gass
of Leesville; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Short of Shreveport, and
Mrs. Connie Racusin of Los Angeles, Calif.; six brothers, Troy
Goodman, Edward Goodman, and Oscar Goodman, all of Many, Roy
Goodman of Pasadena, Texas, Allen Goodman of Shreveport, and
Herman Goodman of Newport Richie, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Ollie
Ashworth of Houston, and Mrs. Edna Kyle of Bastrop; five
grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
