"Pat" Goza, founder and president of Oak Cliff Box Co., was held at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Restland Memorial Chapel, with burial at Restland Memorial Park, Dallas, Texas. Mr. Goza, 76, died of a heart attack, Sunday, at his home. A native of Arkansas, Mr. Goza moved to Dallas in 1934. He founded the box company, which manufactures corrugated boxes, in 1939, and built it into one of Oak Cliff's most successful businesses. Mr. Goza was a 32nd degree Mason, a member of the Hella Temple Shrine, and belonged to Bethel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his son, Chron H. Goza, Jr., his survivors include his wife, Stella Williams Goza of Dallas; two daughters, Patsy Shirley, and Nancy Reece, both of Duncanville; two sisters, Rubye Moseley of Smithland, Texas, and Adlena Nabours of Many; a brother, Fred Goza of Shreveport; and three grandsons.
