Marjorie Maxine Gass

  Mrs. Marjorie Maxine Gass, 69, of Zwolle, died Friday, November
6, at the Sabine Medical Center in Many. Mrs. Gass was a native
of Pineville, and a former underwriter for the Motor Insurance
Company, a division of General Motors.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, November 8, at the
Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Pineland. Entombment
was held at the Mausoleum of Forest Lawn Memorial Park in
Pineville.

  Mr. Gass is survived by one daughter, Donna Singer of Tioga; two
brothers, Dr. W. C. Smith of Simpsonville, and William N. Smith
of Orlando; four sisters, Anita Duke of Pollock, Gwendolyn
Richard of Kenner, Thelma Amos of Jacksonville, and Iris Kelly of
Orange; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
