James Geoghagan

  James Geoghagan, 61, died in the Many hospital Jan 5, after an extended
illness.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan 6, at 2:30 p.m. in the First
Baptist Church of Many, with the Rev. C. W. Williams officiating. Interment
was in the Many Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Betty Rains, and Mrs. Nelda Strickland,
both of Many, one son, Robert Dale Geoghagan of Shreveport; his parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Robert Geoghagan of Many; one sister, Miss Clovis Geoghagan of Dallas,
and eight grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Bud Delacerda, Melvin Wright, Norman Curtis, Curtis
Hilderbrand, Curtis Knippers, Mike Pearson, J. Reuel Boone, and Joe McCormic.
