Funeral services were held at the Trinity Baptist Church, Sunday, Aug. 29, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. H. H. Tibbitts, the Rev. Ray Hope, and the Rev. Billy White officiating. Interment was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Surviving relatives are his wife, Leone of Many; four sons, T. J., and Dean Geoghagan of Many, Jerrell Geoghagan of Chesapeake, Va., and Larry Geoghagan of Memphis, Tenn.; four sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Leach, and Mrs. Blanche Hall of Rosepine, Mrs. Bertha M. Schmidt of Port Arthur, Tex., and Mrs. Laverne Hare of Koontz, Tex.; and brother, Troy Geoghagan of DeRidder; nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Pallbearers were Wingate Dowden, Tim Lyddy, DeWayne Sandel, Grady Simmons, Dan Chance, and Billy Dowden.
