Reuben Goodman

  Services for Mr. Reuben Goodman of Many, were held at 2 p.m.,
Saturday, March 13, 1993, in Warren Meadows Chapel. Officiating
were Rev. L. E. Johnson, and Rev. James Stringer. Burial was held
in Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Mr. Goodman died Thursday, March 11, 1993, in Sabine Medical
Center in Many.

  He is survived by his wife, Blanche Varnado Goodman of Many; one
stepson, Gene Parker of Many; three step grandchildren, Gordon
Parker Jr. of Anchorage, Alaska, Fred Parker of Arkadelphia,
Arkansas, and Jenelle Hughen of Many; one sister, Effie Arthur of
Boyce, La.; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Gary Arthur, Bennie Goodman, Greg Stringer,
Fred Parker, Gordon Parker Jr., and David Parker.
