Claude Goodman

  Claude Goodman, 60, of Many, died Friday, June 3, after a short
illness.

  Funeral services were held Monday, June 6, at 10 a.m., in the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, with Elder Mack
Hayes, and Elder Glenn Hardy officiating. Burial was in the Cedar
Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home of Many.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Claude Goodman of Many; two sons,
Benny Goodman, and Gerald Rains of Many; six brothers, Oscar,
Troy, and Edward Goodman, all of Many, Allen Goodman of
Shreveport, Roy Goodman of Houston, Texas, Herman Goodman of
Detroit, Mich.; three sisters, Mrs. Ada Goss of Leesville, Mrs.
Olla Ashworth of Houston, Tex., and Mrs. Edna Kile of Bastrop;
and eight grandchildren.
