  Miss Kate Gaul

  Funeral services will be held today, Aug. 23, for Miss Kate
Gaul, 78, of Zwolle, Miss Gaul died Tuesday evening at 7:20 at
the Allen Sanitarium in Converse, after an extended illness.

  She leaves no survivors. Miss Gaul's body was taken to her home
Wednesday afternoon, to lie in state until service time.

  Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. at the St. Joseph
Catholic Church with the Rev. Robert C. Friend officiating.
Burial will be at the St. Joseph Cemetery, with Warren Meadows
Funeral Home handling the arrangements.

  Pallbearers are C. C. Nabours, Quinton Brandon, Bill Hopkins,
Jack Jordon, Cecil Tooke, and Johnny Boudreaux.
