Rita R. Gill

  Mrs. Rita Rogers Gill, 76, of Pleasant Hill, died Thursday,
March 8, in a Shreveport hospital.

  Mrs. Gill was secretary-treasurer of Campti-Pleasant Hill
Telephone Co.

  The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 11, in the
Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jerry Schmucker, and
the Rev. Vernon Stevenson officiating. Burial followed in
Pleasant Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Drewett Funeral
Home of Mansfield.

  Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Jack K. Larson of Amarillo,
Tex.; one son, Lawrence M. Gill of Campti; four brothers, M. O.
Rogers, Norman Lee Rogers, Leon Rogers, and James Rogers, all of
Logansport; three sisters, Mrs. John L. Rusca of Blanchard, Mrs.
Roland Rains of Baton Rouge, and Mrs. Nima Mahfouz of Orange,
Tex.; 14 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
