Lawrence M. Gill

  Services for Lawrence M. Gill were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday,
February 17, 1993, in Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic
Church in Campti, La., with Rev. Jacob Thomas officiating. Burial
was held in the church cemetery, under the direction of
Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches, La. A Christian
wake service was held at 7 p.m., Feb. 16, 1993, at the funeral
home chapel, with visitation being from 5 p.m., until 10 p.m.

  Mr. Gill, 63, of Campti, La., died at 5 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 14,
1993, at Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport, La.

  Mr. Gill was a native of Natchitoches, La., and resided in
Campti, La., for the past thirty seven (37) years. He was the
owner and operator of the Campti-Pleasant Hill Telephone Company.
He was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic
Church in Campti, La.

  Survivors include his wife, Eleanor C. Gill of Campti, La.;
three sons, Richard Gill of Natchitoches, La., Frank Gill of
Campti, La., and Lawrence Gill of Campti, La.; three daughters,
Mary Gill Lee of Pleasant Hill, La., Rita Gill Lemoine of
Decatur, Tex.; and Therese Gill Fronrough of Hollywood, Fla.; one
sister, Jean Gill Larsen of Lafayette, La.; and thirteen (13)
grandchildren.
