Wiley Gillis

  Wiley R. Gillis Sr., of Natchitoches, died Friday, Sept. 24.

  Services were at 2 p.m., Sunday, in the Blanchard-St. Denis
Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dr. James Carter officiating.
Graveside services were held at 4 p.m., in the Forest Lawn
Cemetery.

  Survivors include his widow; two sons, Wiley Gillis Jr., and
Phillip Lloyd Gillis, both of Natchitoches; three half-sisters,
Mrs. Sharon Fitzgerald of Shreveport, Mrs. Helen Gilcrease of
Riverside, Calif., and Miss Margaret Gillis of Ponca City, Okla.

  Gillis is also survived by his aunt, Mrs. James E. Davis of
Many.
