Funeral services were held Monday, August 8, in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Wayne Reed, and the Rev. Joe Hext officiating. Interment was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Survivors are her husband, Mack Glaspie of Hornbeck; three sons, James Henry Glaspie, Lester Glaspie, and David Glaspie, all of Hornbeck; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Warmack, Mrs. Evie Martin, and Mrs. Martha Mitchell, all of Hornbeck, and Mrs. Rosie Lewing of Leesville; two brothers, Rev. Frank Laurence of Oakdale, and Cap Laurence of Florien; one sister, Mrs. Liza Freeman of Hornbeck; 20 grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Earl Mitchell, Cheat Martin, Billy Foshee, Charles Glaspie, Larry Gentry, and H. L. Belcher Jr.
