  Funeral services for John C. Guillot Jr., 61, were held in
Algiers, La.

  A memorial service was conducted Sunday, December 13, 1992, at
2:00 p.m., at Aimwell Baptist Church.

  Mr. Guillot is survived by two daughters, Darlene Guillot of
Metairie, and Deborah VonBodungen of New Orleans; two sons, Greg
Guillot of Slidell, and John Guillot II of Kilm, Miss.; four
sisters, Catherine Fay of New Orleans, Caroll Raborn of Denham
Springs, Jean McGough of Sterlington, and Mary Catherine
Plaisance of New Orleans; two granddaughters, Christina Guillot,
and Heather VonBodungen; a very special companion, Joy Starks;
and a special little 3 year old named Laney Langton, and her
little brother, Logan Langton, who called him "Papa".
