Roda Golden

  Roda Golden, 68, died in Shreveport, Sunday, Feb. 26, after a
short illness.

  Survivors include his wife, Maggie Golden; one son, A. M. Golden
of Kenedy, Tex.; two daughters, Mrs. C. O. Horne of Morgan City,
and Mrs. H. F. Johnson of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Mrs.
Catherine Fontenot of Lake Charles, and Mrs. Nonao Murry of
Pleasant Hill; and three grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 28, in Warren Meadows
Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. H. H. Tibbitts, and the Rev.
Moody officiating. Burial was in the Pisgah Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Masonic rites were given at the graveside.
