Clifton N. Golden

  Funeral services for Clifton N. Golden, age 60, who died Aug. 8,
were conducted at Pisgah Baptist Church at 10 a.m., Aug. 10, with
Rev. Emory Lewis, and Clyde Barnhill officiating. Interment was
in Marthaville Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral
Home.

  Survivors are his sons, Ruben L. Golden of Houma, Harold G.
Golden of San Diego, Calif.; daughter, Mrs. Bernice Parker of
Louisville, Kentucky; brothers, Rodie Golden of Shreveport,
Mildred Davis of Coushatta; sisters, Mrs. Donnie Verdon of
Brownsville, Texas, Mrs. L. W. Murry of Pleasant Hill, Mrs. Fleda
Fontenot of Lake Charles; nine grandchildren; and one great
grandchild.
