The Sabine Index - Mark Stelphen Guynn

  18 May 1956 - Mark Stelphen Guynn, 5-year-old son of Mr. and
Mrs. Gerald Forrest Guynn who recently moved from Barksdale Air
Force Base to Pennsylvania died on Wednesday, May 9 at the Valley
Forge Army Hospital at Phoenixville, Pa., after a short illness.

  His mother is the former Betty Jean Strickland of Shreveport.
Other survivors include three brothers, Ronald, Aubrey and
Kenneth Gerald; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William
E. Strickland of Many; and the paternal grandparents, Mr. and
Mrs. Charles Forrest Guynn of Sandy Lake, Pa.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday May 15 at 3 p.m. at the
Latter-Day Saint Chapel in Many, with Elder Heaton officiating
and interment was in the family cemetery here.

  Pallbearers were cousins, Dillon Muse, Mike, Jerry,
Kelly, Johnnie and Eddie Joe Strickland.
