Mrs. George Goins

  Mrs. George Goins, 79, of Provencal, died Tuesday, Oct. 29,
following a short illness.

  Funeral services were held at 1 a.m., Friday, Nov. 1, in the
Provencal Pentecostal Church, with the Rev. Bobby Stanley
officiating. Burial was in the Prewitt's Chapel Cemetery, under
the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include her husband; four sons, Perry L. Goins of
Robeline, Lester Goins of Converse, Benny Goins of Sante Fe
Springs, Calif., and Milton Goins of Eunice, N. M.; one sister,
Mrs. Zeta Cos of Merryville; three brothers, Lora Dowden of
Bossier City, Leon Dowden of Slagle, and Eugene Dowden of
Leesville; eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
