Mildred Louise Goins

  Funeral services for Mildred Louise Goins of Converse, were held
at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 15, at San Patricio Baptist Church.
The Rev. Bob Hennigan, and Dr. Vernon Stephenson officiated.
Burial followed at Cassel Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Goins died Monday, June 12, at DeSoto Regional Hospital.
She was 74.

  She was born on December 4, 1925, in Converse, to Chester
William Bossier, and Velma Louise Bossier. On April 25, 1946, she
married Lester Goins Sr., and raised two sons and a daughter. She
was a housewife.

  Survivors include her husband; a brother, Coyle Bossier of
Converse; a sister, Bernell Fowler of Montgomery; two sons,
Lester Goins Jr. of Santa Rosa, California, and Robert Goins of
Converse; a daughter, Joyce Stadig of Denver, Colorado.; six
grandchildren; one great granddaughter, and a host of nieces,
nephews, and friends.
