George Jefferson Goins

  Funeral services for Mr. George Jefferson Goins of Provencal,
were held Wednesday, Nov. 7, at 1 p.m., at Provencal Pentecostal
Church, with Bro. Layne officiating. Burial was in Prewitts
Chapel Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Goins died Saturday, Nov. 3, 1984, at Natchitoches Parish
Hospital, at 8:30 a.m. He was 92 years old.

  Survivors include four sons, Mr. Perry Lynn Goins of Provencal,
Dolph Lester Goins of Santa Fe Springs, Calif., and Milton L.
Goins of Eunice, New Mexico; eight grandchildren; and fifteen
great grandchildren.
