Mr. Hershel Willard Gandy

  Mr. Hershel Willard Gandy, 74, died Saturday, Aug. 28 in Shreveport.

  Services were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 31 at Warren Meadows
Funeral Home with interment following at Beulah Cemetery. The Rev.
Gary Alien and Rev. Kyle Clayton officiated.

  Survivors include wife Louise Gandy; three sisters, Hope Slay of
Minden; Lois Griffith of Boyle, Ms.; Olga Jean Blanco of Florien;
three brothers, W.H. Gandy Jr. of Zwolle; Rodney Gandy of Marthaville;
Shannon Gandy of Lacomb; host of nieces and nephew.

  Pallbearers were James Peterson, Heath Peterson; Bryan Barton,
Kenneth Gandy, Rocky Gandy, and Bill Griffith.
