Mrs. Lula Pearl Gandy

  Mrs. Lula Pearl Gandy, 76, of Leesville, died Tuesday, June 12.

  Funeral services will be held today at 11 a.m., in the Castor
Baptist Church in Leesville, with the Rev. C. H. Welch
officiating. Burial will be in the Castor Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include her husband; three sons, Oscar Gandy of
Florien, and Milton and David Gandy of Shreveport; two daughters,
Mrs. Jewell Cavanaugh of Leesville, and Mrs. Ruth Coburn of Many;
nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildrenl and one sister, Mrs.
Myrtie Leach of DeQuincy.

  Pallbearers will be DeWayne Gandy, William Hunt, Gary Coburn,
Lyndon Smith, Bill Cavanaugh, and Patrick Cavanaugh.
