Mrs. Mable Gandy

  Mrs. Mable Gandy, 76, of Many, died Monday, Sept. 20, at 12:15
p.m., after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 21, at 2 p.m., in the
Beulah Baptist Church, with the Rev. Coda Salter, and the Rev.
Kenneth Leach officiating. Interment was in the Beulah Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives include her husband, Adrian Gandy of Many;
one son, Bill Gandy of Houston; two half-sisters, Mrs. Very
Hippler of Many, and Mrs. Verna Anderson of Shreveport; two
half-brothers, Curtis, and Rollie Pilcher, both of Shreveport;
two grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
