Mrs. Grace Syble Gentry

  Services for Mrs. Grace Syble Gentry, 72, of Hornbeck, will be
held at 2 p.m., Thursday, November 29, at the First Baptist
Church in Hornbeck. The Rev. Charles Johnson, and the Rev. Gil
Arthur will officiate. Burial will be at Florien Cemetery in
Florien, La. Plans are under the direction of Hixon Funeral Home
in Leesville, La.

  Mrs. Gentry, a retired clerk at the Style Center in Leesville,
died at 5:15 p.m., Monday, November 26, 1984, at Willis-Knighton
Medical Center in Shreveport, after a lengthy illness. She was
born in Florien, La.

  She is survived by two sons, Floyd T. Gentry of Los Angeles,
Calif., and Glen T. Gentry of Baton Rouge, La.; two daughters,
Dean Gentry Conerly of Norman, Okla., and Betty Gentry Rich of
Shreveport, La.; two brothers, Archie Arthur of Florien, and Carl
Arthur of El Paso, Texas; 16 grandchildren; and 14 great
grandchildren.

  Pallbearers will be nephews, Charles Arthur, Kenneth Arthur,
Ricky Arthur, Jimmy Ross, Leonard Ross, and Larry Gentry.
