Mrs. Mattie Gentry

  1930 - Mrs. Mattie Gentry, of Houston, Texas, died at her home
in last Thursday. Interment was made in the Bayou Scie cemetery
last Saturday morning.

  Deceased is survived by seven children: Misses Lilly, Fannie and
Ruby Daily, of Houston, Texas; Mrs. Jewel Beal, of Houston,
Texas; Mrs. Lou Savel of Shreveport; Mrs. Minnie Champion, of
Zwolle and Lee Daily, of Shreveport; three brothers: William,
Marshal and John Russell; two sisters, Mrs. J. E. Skinner of
Belmont and Miss Susie Russell of Zwolle, besides a host of
friends to mourn her demise.
