Charles Merck Gray

  Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 5, 1983, at 10 a.m.,
in the Zwolle United Methodist Church, for Charles Merck Gray, 81
years of age. Officiating was the Rev. Raymond DeLaughter.
Interment was in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Gray died in McAllen, Tex., on February 2, 1983. He was a
native of Noble, La.

  Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Merle Johnson of Kingsville,
Tex., and Mrs. Janis Wood of McAllen, Tex.; one brother, Sam
Bruce Gray of Zwolle; six grandchildren; and five great
grandchildren.
