Mrs. Walter Griffis

  Mrs. Walter Woods Griffis, 60, of Mansfield, died in the family
residence in Pleasant Hill, after a lengthy illness.

  Funeral services were at 3 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 24, in the
Springridge Baptist Church. Burial was in the Springridge
Cemetery.

  Survivors include her husband; her mother, Mrs. Mackie Woods of
Pleasant Hill; three sisters, Mrs. Travis Cobbs of Shreveport,
Mrs. Bobbie Holland of Soso, Miss., and Mrs. Mildred B. Brodgon
of Pleasant Hill.
